Systemic leadership and management: performance of practice for organisational change

Thursday 14th and Friday 15th November

Barbara McKay, Steve Bagnall, Martin Miksits, Christine Oliver and Don Waisanen

We are delighted to announce this exciting 2-day workshop.

This will bring together some of the leading systemic practitioners in the field working with organisations and leaders to stimulate better relationships and promote better outcomes for those who use services. Presenters will show through their own work that far from systemic ideas being confined to therapeutic settings, they are equally relevant to leadership and management practices in public and private sector organisations.

These 2-days will be invaluable for systemic practitioners preparing to move into management positions and who wish to demonstrate that systemic ideas have a significant contribution to make towards healthy and thriving organisations. For those already in management and leadership positions this will be an opportunity to become more familiar and confident with systemic ideas that will expand their current repertoire.

Presenters are drawn from the UK and international contexts to bring the best of current thinking and practice in this growing field. This event will appeal to senior leaders, managers and supervisors in both public and private sectors who wish to improve their patterns of communication in the workforce. Presenters are drawn from a wide range of management and leadership contexts both in the UK and internationally with experience of managing change processes in various agencies. Workshops will address some of the key issues that can derail strategic plans and get in the way of promoting change for the benefit of the workforce and those they serve.

This event is now fully booked.
